About
I'm a religious studies student at York University in Toronto, Canada. Currently entering my fourth year of undergraduate work, I hope to pursue graduate studies in Western Esotericism.
My recent classwork included learning ancient Greek, a course on the Dead Sea Scrolls, Jewish philosophy, and understanding feminist perspectives on spirituality and religion.
When possible, I focus my research on mysticism. I have a keen interest in personal experiences of the divine realm which are unmediated by traditional religious authorities and structures.
Full disclosure: The papers posted here (if any) are undergraduate papers for undergraduate classes. They have not been published in a journal, nor have they undergone peer review. In other words, they are probably pretty pedestrian to those of you with an advanced degree!
