About
I teach and write in the areas of tort law, law and literature, law and sexuality, and feminist legal theory. In addition to my academic work, I write fiction. I'm currently immersed in two book-length projects. The first is about lawsuits involving writers as litigants and literary texts as evidence. The second is about defamation law and public discourse.
