Post-Doc, Centre for Vision Research

About

I am currently a post-doc in the lab of Laurie Wilcox and Robert Allison at York University in Toronto (Canada). We work on a wide variety of topics in stereoscopic vision, including human factors in S3D media.

I did my PhD under supervision of Dr. Andrew Welchman at the University of Birmingham (UK). My PhD examined how the brain combines multiple sources of depth information, focusing on the brain’s ability to learn specific cue combination strategies and flexibly apply these strategies in a context dependent manner.

My research interests include psychophysics and modelling of 3D vision, depth cue combination, Bayesian approaches to vision and applications of stereoscopic display technology.
