Osgoode Hall Law School
About
I'm a lawyer based out of Toronto and a current graduate student at Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. My research interests focus on youth in the Canadian labour market; with specific interests in exclusions from workplace law, equality rights, the transition from school to work, litigation strategies, legislative design, and critical legal theory.
My most recent academic works examined the exclusion in Ontario's Employment Standards Act for unpaid internships and traced the development of S. 15 equality rights on the lower spectrum of age through the lens of intergenerational equity.
